COVID-19 Update - Final Semester Rentals

We understand this is a difficult time for all our students whether you have already returned home or are still staying with us. We are working very hard to continue to support you in the best ways we can.

Derwent Students are a managing agent and act on behalf of a number of different building owners and universities. At present, the halls remain open and are available to live in, we are aware that both building owners and universities are in discussions with the relevant government departments.

Discussions are ongoing with our building owners and we will update the relevant sites cancellation policies when we have agreement from the buildings owners - please keep checking this page and the links below for the latest information.

Additionally, we will be emailing students at each site as the situation changes. Please therefore keep an eye on your email inbox.
