How to avoid taking everything but the kitchen sink to uni….

Packing for uni can be a real headache, especially if this is your first year and you have no idea what to expect! There’s no need to pack up your entire life but of course you’ll want some home comforts to help you settle in! Don’t forget, you only need enough to get you through the first term but being organised will help save you precious time and money better spent making friends and having fun!

Here’s our quick guide of the essentials;

Bedroom

  • Bedding (duvet, pillow, pillowcase, duvet cover). Don’t forget to check what size your bed is going to be!
  • Laundry basket… yes you will have to do your own washing!
  • Alarm Clock… for those early morning lectures
