Over the past few months we wanted to find out what you thought about the accommodation we provide, so we carried out research at Benjamin Russell Court. From this we have made some changes to provide you with a more enjoyable way of living. Some of the main changes are listed below:
Following our findings from your research we have been looking to improve your common rooms. We have included comfy new sofas or tub chairs and LCD TVs, with freeview, plus we are even paying for the TV license, how good is that. All this has been done so that you can feel more at home at Benjamin Russell.
By the end of the year we will have improved the outside areas, landscaping in the court yard with trees and more seating spaces.
Derwent Living will be holding focus groups in the near future so that we can continue to improve your living facilities. This is your chance to discuss any safety issues you may have at Benjamin Russell Court.
