You said we did
Over the past few months we wanted to find out what you thought about the accommodation we provide, so we carried out research at The Canalside. From this we have made some changes to provide you with a more enjoyable way of living. Some of the main changes are listed below:
For all
repairs requests, all staffs are aiming to investigate the fault within 24 hours and stick to a timescale as to when it will be resolved for you convenience.
We now have
recycling bins at The Canalside. You should have all the information you need as there are recycling posters on the communal notice boards and recycling bags are available from The Management Suite.
A list of
entertainment evenings have been planned for this academic year including Wii and Pizza nights, quizes and bowling nights to encourage a better community atmosphere and for those times where you can’t afford to go out.
Security proved to be an issue that you wanted changing at The Canalside, and so we have increased the number of patrols, and CCTV cameras have been relocated to give clearer views.
Derwent Living will be holding
focus groups in the near future so that we can continue to improve your living facilities.
