Room transfer policy

Transfers will not normally be permitted until the beginning of October. If after that period you wish to transfer - and there is a suitable vacancy available - you can transfer on payment of a £50.00 administration charge.

(This charge covers the time and resources required to make the arrangements, adjust our systems and produce the necessary paperwork for any transfer that has been agreed).

If you wish to transfer, you must in the first instance contact the Scheme / Assistant Manager at the site office.
