You will be given an inventory on arrival, this must be filled in as comprehensively as possible and handed back to staff within 7 days. This document will be used on your check-out and it is essential you fill it out and return it.

NB This inventory form parts of the Tenancy Agreement. If this inventory is not returned to Derwent Living within 7 days of commencement of Tenancy, all items will be considered to be in order. The cost of replacing anything that is missing or damaged from the inventory at the end of your tenancy will be deducted from your damage deposit.
