Prices at Trinity Square
We have two types of rooms available at Trinity Square; En-suite rooms at £107 per week (46 week contract) and studio rooms at £127 per week (51 week contract). The start date of both contract types is 24th September 2011.
2012-2013 prices are £110 for the en-suites and £135 for the studios. Early booking discounts availalbe subject to all completed applications by 29th February 2012.
£175 DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR FULL YEAR PAYMENTS by the end of October.
En-suite flats range from three to five bedrooms. In your room you will have your own bathroom area comprising toilet, sink and shower sharing your communal and kitchen area with your flat mates.
Studio Rooms are self contained open plan flats, which combines living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Studios are suitable for single occupancy.
“Every time you use your credit card on our website, the credit card company charges Derwent Living a fee. Unfortunately this means we have to raise a surcharge of 1.5% to cover the cost, This surcharge will be added to your deposit and accommodation costs at the time of payment. If you wish to avoid the surcharge then please use a debit card.
The additional 1.5% surcharge will be added to all rent and deposit payments made from mid August 2011”
