You said we did at Raleigh Park
Over the years we have spoken to our residents and sent out surveys to find out their views and the service that we provide, From this research we have made improvements with some of the main changes listed below:
In 2009, Security guards were employed at Raleigh Park with intensive 6pm to 8am hours, someone is now always on hand to help.
In 2010, More Recycling bins were provided across the site, the recycling bins are for clothing, glass, cardboard, paper and cans! More exterior signage were also added and there was a refurbishment of the Junior Common room.
In 2011 three quarter beds were installed in two blocks at Sillitoe Court after students stated that they would like larger beds.
For 2011/2012 there are Resident Tutors on site who are available to help the students with any advice and assistance. A Ball Court has also been installed.
Raleigh Park are continously looking to improve the service provided and hold resident meetings on a termly basis.
