Parking at Raleigh Park
Madison Court and Sillitoe Court have ample parking facilities on site. ALL vehicles (including motorcycles) require a parking permit which are available from Reception. Permits cost £100 per Term or £250 for the length of your tenancy agreement.
Please note: Parking Permit and fob must be handed into Reception at the end of your tenancy agreement, Failure to return will incur a charge of £15.00 which will be deducted from the deposit.
All of Derwent Living’s schemes are controlled by a permit system monitored by Vehicle Control Services (VCS), who participate in regular patrols. Parking is at the students own risk and the vehicle must be in a roadworthy condition (Valid DVLA Tax Disc, Insurance and MOT Certificate).
Bicycle storage / bicycle bays
At Raleigh Park, we have dedicated bicycle storage/bicycle bays. We encourage students to use these facilities and not to store bicycles within the property. The bike stores are on each court and are available free of charge to all residents. All bicycles kept in our bicycle storage facility are stored there at the owner’s risk.
