Arrival at Raleigh Park

How to find us:
See our map to find details of our location which includes the option to get directions from your postcode. Once at Raleigh Park please follow the signs to our reception building in Madison Court.
If you arrive outside of our normal office hours please make your way to the reception office where our onsite security will be pleased to assist you and direct you to your room.
If you are unable to locate our onsite security please call the out of hours emergency number on 0843 2892329. A member of staff will contact our on-site security who will then let you into your room.
Please note that you will only be allowed access and will need to collect your keys the following day.
Please bring the following documentation to collect keys:
- Accommodation offer/ contract / confirmation letter
- Proof of payment
Your friend can collect keys but will need a letter from yourself confirming that you give them permission to do this. They will need to bring photo proof of ID and proof of payment of the first installment.
What should I bring?
You will need to bring your own bed linen, including duvet and pillow, also basics such as saucepans, cooking dishes, plates, bowls, cutlery and crockery.
