All contracts are for 51 weeks starting at 12 noon on the 11th September 2011
A deposit of £350 along with an advance rent installment of £650 (£1,000 total) is due on acceptance of offer
Every time you use your credit card on our website, the credit card company charges Derwent Living a fee. Unfortunately this means we have to raise a surcharge of 1.5% to cover the cost, This surcharge will be added to your deposit and accommodation costs at the time of payment. If you wish to avoid the surcharge then please use a debit card.
Please note we do not accept American Express or Solo cards.
