Located in the desirable borough of Islington, and just a short tube stop from all that London has to offer, Derwent Point is the brand new student accommodation in Islington from Derwent Living in partnership with City University.
Just a 2 minute walk from City University and Angel tube station, Derwent Point opened its doors for the first time in September 2010.
With 136 studio apartments, Derwent Point offers a choice of premium studios fitted with the latest modern appliances and furniture. Each studio is a self-contained including a private en suite bathroom and kitchen area as well an LCD TV including TV licence and a study desk.
Derwent Point has an on-site common room and laundry. Your contents insurance, in-room broadband internet access* and all utility bills are included in the price. We know that safety is a paramount concern for students and to ease those worries Derwent Point offers 24 hour onsite security, including CCTV, secure door entry and intercom system.

There are also rooms with disabled access.
