Is there a deposit to pay, is this refundable?
A deposit of £250.00 is payable when you accept an offer of accommodation.  This money can be used to offset any amounts you owe us, but otherwise it will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy.

How much is the rent per week?
We charge rent for the whole tenancy period rather than week by week.  However, your rent works out at the equivalent of £86.00 per week; this includes water and electricity bills, but we may charge an energy supplement if your electricity consumption is high.

Every time you use your credit card on our website, the credit card company charges Derwent Living a fee. Unfortunately this means we have to raise a surcharge of 1.5% to cover the cost, This surcharge will be added to your deposit and accommodation costs at the time of payment. If you wish to avoid the surcharge then please use a debit card.

The additional 1.5% surcharge will be added to all rent and deposit payments made from mid August 2011”
