You said we did at The Canalside
Over the past few months we wanted to find out what you thought about the accommodation we provide, so we carried out research at The Canalside. From this we have made some changes to provide you with a more enjoyable way of living. Some of the main changes are listed below:
A free shuttle bus to Aston has been launched due to popular demand.
New for 2012/13 the basic internet spped has been increased!
We have increased the number of student experience events which will include the trip to Alton Towers, ice skating, bowling as well as traditional Christmas, New Year celebrations and international celebrations.
We now have recycling bins at The Canalside. You should have all the information you need as there are recycling posters on the communal notice boards and recycling bags are available from The Management Suite.
You wanted improved Security therefore we now have staff onsite 24 hours a day.
Derwent Living will be holding focus groups in the near future so that we can continue to improve your living facilities.
