A - The scheme is located in the city centre.

A - There is a Tesco across the road and a Little Waitrose underneath the scheme.
Q - Is there a medical centre nearby?
A - There is a health centre on the City Campus, and the nearest walk-in centre is 7 minutes' walk away.
Q - Where is the nearest cashpoint?
A - Opposite the scheme.
Q - Where is the nearest police station?
A - Across the road from the scheme.
Q - Where is the nearest post office?
A - A 7 minute walk away on Queen Street.
Q - Where is the nearest gym?
A - There is a gym underneath the scheme.
Q - How far are the bus/train stations?
A - Victoria Bus Station is across the road. Broadmarsh Bus Station and the Train Station are a 20 minute walk away.
Q - Where's the nearest bus stop?
A - The bus stop to Nottingham Trent University's Clifton Campus is opposite the site. Bus stops to the University of Nottingham are 10 minutes away.
Q - What's in my room?
A - Your room is fully furnished with: bed with underbed storage, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, full-length mirror, waste bin and noticeboard.
Q - What is included in the kitchen?
A - Kitchens come equipped with: cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and personal locked cupboards. You will need to provide your own crockery and cooking utensils. Starter packs are available to pre-order before you arrive - see our homepage.
Q - Who cleans my flat?
A - You are responsible for cleaning your room and cleaning your communal areas with your flatmates. We carry out inspections termly.
Q - Can I bring a pet?
A - Sorry, pets are not permitted on any Derwent Students properties.
Q - Where can I do my laundry?
A - There are 2 laundries on site.
Q - Can I personalise my room?
A - A noticeboard is provided for posters. We ask that you don't put posters on your walls and any damage caused will be chargeable.
Q - Can I have guests to stay?
A - Guests are permitted for a maximum of 2 nights in any week. Please sign them in at reception on arrival.
Q - Can I bring my car?
A - There is no parking at Trinity Square, but due to the central location of the scheme there is no need for a car!
Q - Is there anywhere I can store my bike?
A - Yes, we have bike racks in both blocks.
Q - Where do I collect my post from?
A - Letters are delivered to your flat's post box on the ground floor of each Core. Each flat has an intercom system and parcels can be collected from our main reception. Please inform the office in writing if you do not want us to sign for anything.
Q - How do I report maintenance issues?
A - You can visit reception. We have our own in-house maintenance team to fix any issues.
Q - Can I change my room?
A - Transfers will only be considered after 1st November, subject to the authorisation of the Management Team. As experienced staff we will always endeavour to resolve any flat issues and offer any necessary support or help.
Q - Do I need to have a TV Licence?
A - We will provide your TV Licence for you, so you won't need to purchase one.
Q - What events do you arrange on the site?
A - We arrange focus groups, welcome events and social events. Please sign up on the noticeboard in reception for anything you are interested in.
Q - What facilities are there on site?
A - Quiet study room; courtyard with seating; laundrettes.
Q - Can I store my possessions in the summer?
A - Yes, if you are staying for the following year. Charges apply - please see the site team for more information.
Q - Can I book for summer?
A - Yes, we can offer summer lets. Please contact the team for further information.
Q - Can I arrive early?
A - Students can arrive early only if they are booking for the summer period. Please contact the office to discuss your requirements and check availability.
Q - What about safety and security on site?
A - Trinity Square is a 24 hour manned site, with out of hours security. We have a very safe key card entry system in place and all main entrances are swipe access only.
