Raleigh Park, Nottingham is a modern complex of student accommodation catering for undergraduates to final year and postgraduate students at the University of Nottingham. There are six blocks with mixed cluster flats and houses just a short walk from Jubilee campus and the Queens Medical Centre, ideal for nursing and medical students on placement there.

The Raleigh Park site is ideal for students who want to live with friends, but it’s easy to make new friends who move into the 4-6 bed cluster flats. In each flat you will have your own furnished bedroom and well equipped shared kitchen and lounge areas complete – everything you need for comfortable living.

Unlike other Nottingham student accommodation, Raleigh Park gives you the option to live in town-houses as well as in student blocks. Each town-house has six bedrooms across three floors. The top and middle floor has bedrooms and shared bathrooms while the ground floor has a separate kitchen with dining table and a dishwasher. There’s also a separate living room with a sofa and coffee table.

University of Nottingham postgraduate students are housed in designated flats providing a more relaxing and peaceful environment to complete their studies. Room types available include Standard, Standard En-suite and Standard Plus En-suite.

Raleigh Park has its own common room which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, but there’s also a quiet study room for students who prefer a different environment or who may want to speak to one of the residential tutors.

There is a ball court which is exclusively for Raleigh Park students and WiFi is accessible across the site. A purpose-built outdoor gym was installed in 2015 at Sillitoe Court, giving students the opportunity to work out and save money on gym fees.

Nottingham’s Raleigh park has three laundrettes, an on-site maintenance and management team plus on site security 365 days a year. There is free secure bike storage across the site, accessed by a code system, and an on-site car park for up to 100 cars (extra charges apply). All utility bills are included in the rent, so this is student accommodation with no hidden charges.

This prime student accommodation is located next to the University of Nottingham’s Jubilee Campus and University Park is just a short 20 minute walk away. Alternatively, residents can catch a free University hopper bus that travels between Jubilee and University Park. Nottingham City Centre is a short 25 minute walk or a quick 5-10 minute bus ride with several routes running from nearby the site.

Across the road from Raleigh Park, there is a Lidl, Greggs, Subway and Domino’s Pizza with a Tesco Expressa few minutes walk away and a gym nearby for students who want to keep in shape. Raleigh Park, at the University of Nottingham, is a perfect choice for student accommodation and is a preferred Partner of the University.
